INCORPORATION OF SAFETY STANDARDS

I, Nelisiwe Mildred Oliphant, Minister of Labour, after consultation with the AdvisoryCouncil for Occupational Health and Safety, hereby, under section 44(1) of theOccupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993), incorporate into theDriven Machinery Regulations, 2015, the safety specifications specified in theSchedule hereto.
